The Intervention Specialist provides specialized instruction and support to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment and assess student progress to adjust instructional strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education, state certification, and experience in special education within a charter school setting in Cleveland, Ohio.
