The Manager, Cath Lab/Special Procedures oversees operational management, strategic planning, and 24/7 accountability for the cardiac catheterization lab and special procedures service line at a tertiary care hospital. The role requires a BSN or related bachelor's (master's preferred), at least five years of progressive leadership experience, and specialty certification preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
