The RN Supervisor CV Telemetry oversees the continuous and safe operation of the telemetry unit during night shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care, staffing management, and adherence to fiscal and strategic goals. This role involves leadership responsibilities including implementation, supervision, and evaluation of clinical practices while maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The position requires an Associate degree in Nursing, a valid Multi-State RN License, and relevant certifications such as BLS CPR and CPI.
RN Supervisor CV Telemetry Full Time Nights Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility and strategic goals of the unit. The Clinical Supervisor is a designated leader responsible for implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the population. Service Excellence behavior is promoted at all times.
THE RN SUPERVISORCV TELEMETRY FULL TIME NIGHTS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experience:2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. CPI certification with orientation period. Other certifications required are determined by specific unit and is required within orientation period.
