The Triage RN assesses and documents patient symptoms, vital signs, and health concerns during phone triage and in-person visits. They create accurate care plans based on clinical protocols and maintain detailed patient records. This role requires strong nursing knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency with medical charting systems in a healthcare setting.
