Position OverviewSeeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week day-shift assignment in a high-acuity ER environment. Candidates must be confident in fast-paced settings, rapid assessment, and emergency response across diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform rapid triage and emergency assessment
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical interventions
- Monitor and respond to acute changes in patient status
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document patient care and follow ER protocols
- Work every other weekend as required
Required Qualifications- Active CA RN License
- Minimum 2 years recent ER experience
- Ability to complete full 13-week schedule (no block scheduling guaranteed)
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
- Epic experience preferred
Required CertificationsAdditional Notes- Must complete onboarding labs within 3–5 days of signing
- Two recent supervisor references required
- Local candidates accepted at $52/hr
- One holiday off may be approved
- Return traveler history must be disclosed
- Modules completed during orientation (non-billable)
