- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Unit: Resource Pool / Float (may float within discipline across local campuses)
- Electronic Medical Record: EPIC EMR
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1880-$2020
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or PCU nursing experience
- At least 1 completed travel nurse contract
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or compact state
- Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
- Completed ICU/PCU nursing skills checklist within 1 year
- 1 supervisory reference
- Proof of taxable address (driver's license, utility bill, lease, etc.)
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU and PCU settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Float between units to support staffing needs across Madison campuses
- Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical record system
- Participate in charge nurse and precepting duties as assigned
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Work required winter holidays (2 of 3: Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving)
