Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide essential clinical support by administering vaccines, collecting specimens, and performing office procedures such as EKGs and medication administration. They document patient information accurately and assist in maintaining patient flow within a medical office setting. This role requires strong communication skills and adherence to provider instructions to ensure high-quality patient care.
Community Care Family Medicine Clifton Park is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!
This is a 40-hour week. The hours are: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**
Responsibilities:
- Administer and record vaccines.
- Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
- Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
- Maintain timely patient flow.
- Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
- Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
- Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
- Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
- Process patient prescriptions.
- Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $21.75 - $31.00 per hour
