Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide autonomous anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases, primarily at a Level I trauma research and teaching hospital. The role involves collaboration with anesthesiologists across services including OB, Pediatrics, and Heart cases, excluding transplants and burns, typically working four ten-hour shifts weekly without in-house call. Seeking an additional CRNA to join our team of over 60 CRNAs at Hospital in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.
- Join an autonomous and team-centered department of over 60 CRNAs that perform over 19,500 cases annually at an established research and teaching hospital
- Level I trauma center
- Hiring for four ten-hour shifts per week, no in-house call
- Three subgroups of CRNAs cover OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases
- Perform all surgical services except for transplants and burns
- CRNAs are very autonomously while still collaborating with anesthesiologist
- Comprehensive benefits package that includes time off and a week off for CME, annual CME allowance, malpractice insurance, retirement matching and annual bonus
- The compensation range for this position is $288,205 - $312,208
