$22.00/hour
Our client, a leading organization in facility maintenance and building support services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance Worker to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the ongoing safety, functionality, and upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift: Mon. - Fri., 6:00 am - 3:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings
- Paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Support emergency tasks as needed to ensure safety and operational continuity
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist in emergency response and support tasks related to facility safety
What's Needed?
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Comfortable wearing safety gear such as bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
