What You'll Do:
You'll work in a fun and supportive atmosphere, and your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying vehicles and repairs to be performed.
- Repairing all damaged body panels.
- Handling, applying and disposing of surface coatings.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are:
You're a master craftsperson. You're not bothered by a busy, noisy body shop; in fact, that's where you thrive. Requirements include:
Minimum:
- 5+ years of experience of collision and/or mechanical estimating experience.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Preferred:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Paint training certification.
- Respirator fit test certificate.

USD 19.57 - 29.38 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $19.57 - $29.38/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
