Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC
Join a dynamic team providing high-acuity care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. As an RN, you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing to medically complex patients requiring extended recovery. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and are committed to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on recovery and wellness
Requirements:
Active RN license
Previous experience in acute or LTAC settings preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
