Description:
NeuroInterventional Radiology in Burlington, VT where Inpatient coverage and call is needed. Here are some of the details:
Start Date: August 1, 2024- January 31, 2025
Coverage needed:
- Reading Images Monday Friday, 8 hours per day
- Call service overnight and weekends
- Prefer to have 24/7 coverage for the week.
- Must be within 30 minutes of facility: REQUIRED
- Neurointerventional Radiology Fellowship- REQUIRED
- ABR Certified in Neuroradiology & Diagnostic Radiology: REQUIRED
- Certifications: Neuroradiology CAQ Certified and Acute Stroke Certification: REQUIRED
- Active VT license: REQUIRED
Position Details:
Radiology to include stroke service 24/7 while working.
- Cerebral angiography
- Mechanical thrombectomy (for stroke)
- Carotid artery stenting
- Intracranial embolization for ruptured aneurysms, dural AV fistula, and AVMs
- Middle meningeal artery embolization
- Extracranial embolization for epistaxis, H&N tumor hemorrhage
- Lumbar punctures, including for intrathecal chemotherapy
- Myelograms
- Spine biopsies, including fluoroscopic and CT guided
- Level 1 Trauma Center for Vermont and Northern Upstate New York, and a Comprehensive Stroke Center
