Key Responsibilities:
- Providing specialized care to acutely ill medical and surgical cardiac patients with complex congenital and/or acquired heart disease.
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver family-centered care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, working 36 hours per week with day and overnight rotations, including every third weekend.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- 2 years of inpatient nursing experience.
- Experience in cardiac or telemetry is preferred
- Pediatric experience is preferred
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN
