The In-Store Sales Lead Generator engages customers at home improvement retail locations to promote HVAC upgrades, air quality solutions, and energy efficiency products. The role involves scheduling free in-home consultations with comfort advisors and requires a friendly, outgoing personality with availability on weekends. ARS-Rescue Rooter offers paid training, commission-based pay, and benefits such as insurance and 401(k) for full-time employees.
Pay: 18- 20 per hour + commission
Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission
Location: Multiple locations available!
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday
*Must be able to attend weekly in-office meeting every Wednesday from 9am-10:30am at Nashville branch

Qualifications:What You Need:
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must pass background check
