Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Indianapolis, IN! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active IN Amedisys Sp-IN LLC (20092) license
- 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
- This position begins on 12/08/2025 and ends on 03/07/2026
