Thoracic Surgery & Pulmonary Transplant
Patient Population:patients undergoing minimally invasive video assisted thoracoscopic (VAT) surgeries, esophagectomy, hernia repair and lung transplantation. Also take care of ENT, abdominal and orthopedic surgeries that require heart monitoring.
Patient Ratios:1:3 or 1:4 based on acuity
Registered Nurse Requirements
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
License/Certification
RN – Registered Nurse min 1 year experience
BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
