The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.

*Master of Social Work Full Time Day

• of 8-hour shift and some weekends schedule. $5,000 total of sign on bonus for eligible external candidates.**

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Social Worker.
• Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License within 60 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years - Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.
