- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Unit Size: 22 beds
- Patient Ratio: 4:1

- Minimum 2 years of recent step-down or ICU nursing experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – North Carolina or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult cardiac patients, including post-cardiac cath lab and cardioversion cases
- Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and flexible clinical environment
- Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and professional standards
