Seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist for a solo hospital-employed practice in a growing community with a strong referral base.
- Employed position in our multi-specialty clinic
- Comp is in MGMA-median range and above (for an experienced candidate)
- 2 retiring providers available for mentorship to new grads
- Productivity bonus quarterly based on wRVUs
- $40K+ bonus (negotiable)
- Student loan assistance, if needed
- $5K CME/5 days annually
- Robust benefits
- 25 days holiday/vacation annually (not including weekends)
- 10 days call monthly, but if they want more, pay for any days above 10
