• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:15 PM – 7:15 AM), every other weekend, rotating holidays

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780 - $1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Completion of MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation (upon onboarding)
• Required health screenings and immunizations: MMR, Influenza, TB Test, Health Statement, Respirator Medical Clearance
• Background check and professional references
• Resume and nursing skills checklist submission

Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data; respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care needs
• Participate in rotating holiday and weekend shifts as scheduled
