We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Ingot Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in White, GA. The ideal candidate will support the ingot production process by operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the creation of high-purity silicon ingots for solar panel manufacturing.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Ingot Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in White, GA. The ideal candidate will support the ingot production process by operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the creation of high-purity silicon ingots for solar panel manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate furnaces and associated machinery to produce silicon ingots according to production specifications.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other process parameters to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
- Load raw materials and perform accurate weighing, mixing, and handling as required.
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality control checks on produced ingots.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations promptly.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in training as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments, particularly in high-temperature or cleanroom settings, is highly desirable.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot and physically demanding environments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime, as needed.
