As a Dialysis Registered Nurse - Float, you provide high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease, performing physical assessments and monitoring throughout treatment. You collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care plans are followed and maintain compliance with staffing and regulatory requirements. Your role supports patient safety, medication administration, and adherence to healthcare policies under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.
