ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician for PRN locum coverage for a facility in Northern Colorado in their inpatient rehabilitation unit. This role involves attending-level responsibilities with a flexible monthly schedule (4 8 days), low call volume, and a manageable patient load within a supportive hospital setting.

• Coverage Needed: PRN 4 to 8 days per month

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Night Call: 5:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Very low call census

  • Almost no callbacks

• Ideal Candidate: Flexible availability; no guaranteed minimum shift requirement

• Inpatient Rehab Unit: Located inside a community hospital

• Total Rehab Beds: 14 (census typically )

• Admissions/Discharges: 1 2 per day (varies)

• Patient Caseload:

  • 100% Adult Inpatient

  • Case Mix: CNS Rehab (50%), Sports/Ortho (33%), Medical Rehab (17%)

  • Average of 14 patients per day

• Supervision of Other Providers:Not required

• Other PM&Rs Present During Coverage: No

• Support Services: Access to hospital specialists

• Imaging & Facilities: Onsite X-ray; 14 exam rooms
