This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in acute care and obstetrics at Essentia Health, focusing on patient assessment, planning, intervention, and care evaluation. The role includes coordination of lactation support and requires relevant nursing licensure and certifications such as BCLS, NRP, and PALS. Educational Requirements:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
Certificate / Licensure
- L&D RN Experience Preferred
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required when moving to level 3 NICU RN. (After 2 years of employment, or longer as approved by the manager.
Sign On Incentives: $10,000/Associate RNs and $15,000/Bachelor RNs for all eligible Experienced and New Grad RN with work commit.
