• End Date: February 12, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift: Weekday Day Shift – five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2450 - $2620

Qualifications – Operating Room Lead RN

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience
• Current AHA BLS certification for healthcare providers
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• CNOR and CRNFA certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)
• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Clinical experience in orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, and interventional pain management procedures
• Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Lab experience preferred

Responsibilities – Lead RN, Operating Room

• Lead the perioperative nursing team to optimize patient throughput and surgical schedule efficiency
• Coordinate staffing and supervise clinical support staff, including RNs, surgical technologists, and technicians
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor for new team members
• Collaborate with the Surgical Services Manager for oversight, supervision, and scheduling
• Enhance surgical efficiencies to support surgeons, anesthesia providers, and patient flow
• Manage and update surgical preference cards as needed
• Exercise independent clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and maintain high-quality standards
• Perform standard surgical nursing duties as required
